② A copy of the agreement concerning transportation with the actual transport company or cargo-transporting carriers carrying the transportation to be used * Documents concerning the receipt of fare (quotation) are also acceptable.
Please include the following items in the contract.
A) It is a contract to transport using ocean shipping vessels.
B) It is not contrary to public order and morals.
C) Based on customs of the shipping industry etc., it is common sense and reasonable.
D) It ensures that cargo use transportation project will be carried out smoothly.
③ Documents describing matters concerning facilities to be used for cargo use transportation projects
・ Documents certifying that business offices do not conflict with the provisions of related laws such as urban planning law
・ Document evidencing the title of use of the business office
④ Storage facility details of cargo (when storage facilities are available)
⑤ Articles of Association
⑥ Certified copy of the register (full history item certificate)
⑦ Balance sheet ... balance sheet in the most recent business year
In carrying out orofacial sorting projects, it is necessary that the following conditions are satisfied.
・ Having a property basis (net asset * 3 million yen or more)
* Net Assets = Total Assets - Foundation Costs Other Deferred Assets - Goodwill - Total Debt
